Ron holds a masters degree in piano performance from University of Victoria as well as a teaching associateship from the Victoria Conservatory's of Music (AVCM).

Through attention to the individual student’s talents, needs and desires Ron is committed to helping students, young and old, to be all they can be as instrumentalists and artists. This is accomplished through the employment of carefully researched and tested holistic learning and practice methods presented in a thoughtful and enjoyable manner.

This approach has helped many students overcome physical and mental obstacles which in turn has allowed them to begin to fully realize their potential.
 

Performer

As a performer Ron is an accomplished accompanist, chamber music collaborator and soloist. Ron is a member of a small group of BC pianists who have consistently demonstrated readiness, willingness and ability to play contemporary cutting edge avant-garde music.
